Why do we require so much information for member sign-up?By Last Minute Vacation HomesWe require a lot of information from members when they sign up to uphold the integrity of the site. This site is not a blog, and we are trying to create a resource for both members and visitors. We do as much as possible to verify all information on the site.For member sign-up we require a billing address so that we can contact the member at any time. Email addresses are another required piece of information. If you do not have an email address... contact us and we will try to set one up for you. Please Note: When members load a property onto the site, we require the property address. This is for us to verify that the property actually exists. However, we do not list the address of any property on the site for the public. The only people who can see a propertie's address are the owners and the site administrators. None of the information members enter into our database is for sale to any third party. The information is kept only for internal use.
