This site is administered by a company called Last Minute Villas, based in Florida. Administrators review each new submission.

Each new membership application is personally reviewed by an administrator on the site. We make sure that our home owners abide by the Terms & Conditions. We review members, homes, events, guestbook posts and images to make sure that the site maintains high standards.
