Hi Guys,
My name is David Woods and I am the proud owner of a new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa on the wonderful picturesque community of Sandy Ridge.

This community is unique in that it is the only one of its kind in the whole of Orlando which has conservation views overlooking the back of the pool on almost every single villa built on the community. The location is simply magnificent and you could not wish for a better vacation villa to stay in when visiting Orlando.

Ideally located Sandy Ridge is just 2 miles from Exit 58 on Interstate 4. When you take exit 58 which is the next exit down from the Disney theme parks exit, you take a left at the junction. You will see the world famous Champions Gate golf entrance to your right, you turn left and go under the Interstate and continue on past Reunion which is on your left. You will then come to a set of traffic lights and the road is named lake Wilson road.
You continue on through the lights for about another mile and then you will see the sign for Sandy Ridge on your right and you have arrived.

This is one of the reasons why I feel you couldn’t be in a better location. The community is in a tranquil setting with very little traffic on the roads and beautiful woodland, conservation and hills surrounding you. A lot of the villas are very spacious and all of them are individually painted with no two villas next to each other the same colour, this gives a feel of a vibrant unique community that is like no other community in Orlando.

But yet you really are only 10 minutes from the Disney theme parks and with access to Interstate 4 so close you can easily reach all the other theme parks like Busch Gardens, Sea World, Universal, All Water Parks and International Drive. Also you have Champions Gate within 2 minutes drive, this has an abundance of shops, Gas station takeaways, Macdonalds, restaurants and more so your never far away from the amenities and groceries. You can even phone the Takeaways and have them bring the amenities/food to your villa you are that close.

On the community you also have a play area for the kids with slides and climbing frames.
You really do have it all when staying on this wonderful community. When you book a villa you know that when the family spends time by the pool day or night you will never be disturbed by anyone because of the unique setting. So there really is only one choice when choosing your vacation in Orlando choose the beautiful community of Sandy Ridge
Which is now been described by Realtors in Orlando as the most sought after areas in the whole of Orlando and its easy to see why.
