By using this site, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this site, set down on this page. Failure to abide by these terms is cause for immediate restriction and/or termination of your account on this site.

We offer no guarantee as to the workings of this site. You agree to use the site as is, and will never hold us liable for any damages that may result from its use, including but not limited to, loss of data. We do not verify the information posted by the members of this site.

You are agreeing to purchase advertising for one year; Last Minute Vacation Homes is not responsible for actually booking your home and cannot guarantee that you will achieve rentals. We will not refund advertising fees under these conditions.

Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate information on this site. The information you supply, such as your name, birth date, address and email address must be accurate. You must use a current email address so that we may contact you with important account information such as password retrieval and to receive our newsletter.

You will only place your properties and articles in the directories that are relevant to them. For example, you will label your Cabins as "Cabins" in our directory and not as "Villa". Also, you will not load articles to irrelevant directories--all articles loaded to the "Travel Tips" must be about travel tips.

You also agree that the information contained in articles, calendar events and media cutlines are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Privacy Policy
We will not sell or share your contact information with any third party except as required by law. The information you provide is kept for internal use.

Content
You are free to post homes, articles and profiles as you wish. You must, however, strictly abide by a few rules.

• No pornography.
• No bestiality.
• No libel.
• No content that incites hate.
• No spam.
• No plagiarism.

Properties, articles and events that include profanity, violence and/or sexuality may be labeled as containing such content so that parental controls will limit viewing such pages.

You may also only post properties you are legally associated with. You agree that you will list all vacation homes belonging to you or are represented by you and will inform Last Minute Vacation Homes should you purchase or represent further homes.

By listing your properties with us, you certify that you are the registered owner of the homes you list. You also certify that you do not own or represent any other homes that are not advertised on this site

Spam
You will not use this site for spamming. You may not contact other members for the purpose of selling goods and/or services. You may not post articles that sell or promote third-party products. Do not post anything like spam in guestbooks or emails.

You may post information about your own travel products or travel-related services in your properties, profile and articles--provided your products or services relate to the content and purpose of this site. You may not advertise them via this site's guestbooks or email.

Proper Use You will not use referrals or enquiries obtained from Last Minute Vacation Homes to seek or assist in vacation home letting for any other home than those previously notified in writing. You will not pass any information provided by Last Minute Vacation Homes to any other person.

Newsletter
By using this site, you agree to receive our monthly newsletter, containing news about the site, upgrades, feature enhancements and links to featured articles and artists. Our newsletter may sometimes contain third-party promotional material. You agree to accept our newsletter, and to never tag it as spam with your ISP, web host or local mail client. (While our newsletter may contain third-party promotional material, we will never share your email address with any third party except as may be required by law.) You can opt-out of the newsletter at any time, but doing so is grounds for limiting your priveleges to post articles on the site.

You will also receive regular account updates containing information on optimizing your account on the site, information on site upgrades, and links to new featured homes. Account updates do not follow regular schedules and contain no more than one promotional link. You may not opt-out of your account updates, as it is a direct means of our organization contacting you about the state of the site and its development. You will only stop receiving account updates if you remove your account from the site. On average, you will receive 2-4 account updates per month, depending on the amount of feature development our team can do in a month.

Sponsors
Every page on this site includes some form of promotional advertisement such as Google Ads or banner links. You agree not to use software that strips those advertisements from your browser display. Those ads are how we fund the services provided on this site.

Hacking
You will not attempt to hack into the server or access pages not intended for your use. You will not attempt to log in as another user. You will not attempt to load any file that is malicious or viral. You will only load file formats that our site accepts (JPG and GIF).

Copyright
Authors retain the copyright of all work they load to our site. We do reserve the right to use any media loaded onto our server for promotional materials. Under no circumstance may anyone use the work on this site without first obtaining 1) written consent from the administrators of this site or 2) written consent from the individual author of the work in question.

Linking
Members of this site may include links in properties, profiles and articles to any web page provided that the links do not infringe on our content restrictions listed above and the sites relate to the topic/information presented in the particular villa/profile/article.

As a member you agree not to link from your personal/business site to any competing vacation home directory. We allow you to link to our directory or to affiliate directories, but none other. Currently, the only permitted directories are www.private-vacation-rental-homes.net and www.lastminutevillas.net .

Transfer of Account Advertising is not transferable in the event of your selling your home. No refund will be given.

Failure of Compliance If an owner fails to meet the above conditions or notify Last Minute Vacation Homes of all vacation homes they or their spouse/partner own or have available to rent such additional vacation homes, Last Minute Vacation Homes shall be entitled to:

1. Remove such original vacation home and its owner from its list of approved owners and properties without further notice;

2. Recover from the owner the correct (discounted) fee in respect of all additional vacation homes offered by that owner and not disclosed to Last Minute Vacation Homes;
