The rental homes in the community of Southern Dunes are built around this par 72 challenging, award winning, semi-private course, designed by Steve Smyers and built in 1993. The course itself is modelled on St Andrew’s. Features include rolling hills, steep elevation changes, sand bunkers and water hazards.
There are large, fast, undulating greens and wide fairways which are flanked by over 170 bunkers which vary in size and shape.
The dunes are planted with shrubs, grasses and ornamentals.
The buggies (a must in Florida) are fitted with the latest sat nav technology.
The luxurious clubhouse has a bar/restaurant, serving breakfast and lunches.
